Upgrade your Audi 3.0T with a larger 84mm throttle body and our purpose-built adapter without the need to purchase a proprietary intake system.

Our adapter mounts directly in the OEM throttle body location, allowing most existing 3.5" or 4" intake systems to be retained.

Stock and ported supercharger versions are available.

WMI and PCV relocation versions are also available.

Features

84mm VDO Throttle Body

The kit includes a genuine 84mm VDO throttle body, providing a larger airflow path compared to the factory throttle body.

When paired with our 84mm adapter, the larger throttle body is designed to improve airflow potential and throttle response over the factory setup.

OEM-Location Adapter

Our precision-designed adapter mounts in the OEM throttle body location, allowing you to upgrade your throttle body without replacing your entire intake system.

Compatible with existing:

3.5" intake systems
4" intake systems

NOTE: Full-silicone intake systems and IE intakes may require modification due to their coupler design.

Made to Last

The adapter is manufactured from a high-strength glass-fiber-reinforced material and is annealed for 12 hours to improve strength and thermal stability.

The material has a heat deflection temperature of up to 227°C (441°F) at 0.45 MPa, far exceeding the temperatures typically encountered in this application.

The adapter has also been extensively tested under both hot and cold conditions without yielding.

Proprietary Gasket System

Our gasket system was designed specifically around the adapter and throttle body.

The upper gasket provides a flat mounting surface for the throttle body and incorporates bosses that seat into the OEM mounting points.

These bosses cover the throttle body bolt heads, creating a smoother airflow transition into the throttle body while helping reduce airflow disruption and turbulence.

The bottom of the adapter features a dedicated groove for the supplied O-ring on stock supercharger versions.

Ported supercharger versions utilize a flat-style gasket instead.

Reinforced Mounting Inserts

The adapter features brass flanged inserts designed to handle the clamping force required to securely mount the upgraded throttle body.

These reinforced inserts provide a strong and durable mounting point without requiring nuts and bolts on the back side of the adapter.

Larger Throttle Body & Airflow Path

The 84mm throttle body and adapter provide a significantly larger airflow path than the factory throttle body.

The increased opening is designed to support greater airflow while improving throttle response when paired with compatible ECU software.

Easy Intake Cross-Compatibility

Keep the intake system you already have.

Our adapter allows the upgraded throttle body to work with most existing 3.5" and 4" intake systems, eliminating the need to purchase a proprietary intake specifically for an upgraded throttle body.

Important: Full-silicone intake systems and IE intakes may require modification to accommodate the coupler design.
