3. Performance Products and Vehicle Modifications

Certain Precision Tuning products are designed to increase or modify vehicle performance. Performance modifications may affect vehicle reliability, drivability, emissions compliance, fuel economy, noise levels, and other vehicle characteristics.

Increasing vehicle performance may place additional stress on the engine, transmission, drivetrain, cooling system, braking system, tires, and other components.

Precision Tuning is not responsible for damage to a vehicle or its components resulting from the installation or use of aftermarket or performance products.

The customer assumes responsibility for determining whether their vehicle can safely accommodate any modification.

4. Racing, Track, and Off-Road Use

Certain products may be intended primarily for racing, track, competition, off-road, or other non-public-road applications.

The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is legal for use on public roads in their jurisdiction.

Precision Tuning does not represent or warrant that any product is legal for use on public roads, emissions-compliant, or approved for street use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and other laws and regulations.

5. Emissions and Legal Compliance

Some aftermarket modifications may affect a vehicle's emissions system or emissions-related equipment.

Precision Tuning does not guarantee that products are legal for use on public roads or compliant with emissions requirements in every jurisdiction.

The customer is solely responsible for determining whether a product complies with applicable laws and regulations before purchasing, installing, or using the product.

Precision Tuning does not encourage the use of products in violation of applicable laws.

6. Installation

Customers are responsible for proper installation of all products.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Precision Tuning does not provide professional installation services.

Precision Tuning is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect installation procedures

• Installation by an unqualified person

• Failure to follow instructions

• Modification of the product

• Use of incorrect hardware or components

• Installation on an incompatible vehicle

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All content on the Precision Tuning website, including logos, graphics, photographs, product descriptions, designs, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Precision Tuning unless otherwise stated.
